Dwello is a student marketplace and messaging platform for listing, finding, and discussing items and housing. Dwello provides technology tools only and is not a party to transactions between users.
2. User responsibility
You are responsible for your listings, messages, bookings, and interactions. You must provide accurate information, communicate honestly, and follow applicable laws and your school policies.
3. Safety and conduct
You agree not to post unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading content. Dwello may remove content, suspend, or ban accounts that violate rules, safety expectations, or moderation policies.
4. Transactions and disputes
Dwello does not guarantee listing accuracy, item condition, payment, delivery, reservation fulfillment, identity, or user behavior. Any dispute is between users directly.
5. No warranties
Dwello is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dwello and its owner are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, user interactions, listings, reservations, messages, or third-party actions.
You agree that you use Dwello at your own risk and are solely responsible for decisions and transactions made through the platform.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dwello and its owner from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) related to your content, conduct, or violations of these terms.
8. Account and termination
Dwello may suspend or terminate access at any time for security, moderation, abuse, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

These terms may be updated. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
